The Henan Province Finished Home Interior Decoration Industry Unit Bath R&D Base was completed and inaugurated at the Henan Province Housing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Conference, on December 3rd. co-built by Henan Zhongyuan Existing Home Research Center and Zhengzhou Syswo Yijian Home Tech Co., Ltd, it marks the first official opening of a Finished Home Interior Decoration Industry R&D Base.
As the sole servo moulding press supplier of Syswo, Wuxi Pengda was honoured to be invited to participate in the inauguration ceremony and visited Syswo's production base together with many leaders and social dignitaries. The clean, tidy modernized workshop gave us all a refreshing impression of the recent improvements. The whole production line was divided into mould pressing, sandblasting, Nano Silver painting, drying and packaging from beginning to end. The five hydraulic presses in the workshop are all provided by Pengda, including a 2500T press, a 1500T press, a 1000T press and two 315T presses. Many visitors stopped and watched the mould pressing process and asked, "What makes Pengda's presses different from the others?"
1. Environmentally Friendly
Syswo Yijian, responding actively to the call of the government, selected Pengda's highly promoted environmental system. The press is equipped with visible roller shutter door at the front and rear sides and is sealed at left and right sides. The exhaust gas is collected by a smoke pipe and connected with a fan on the rear side. The exhaust gas is then discharged after being treated by an environmental protection device.
2. Safe
Safe production is a constant concern for manufacturing enterprises. The presses recently provided by Pengda fully meet CE safety standard, and the inclusion of the German SITEMA safety catcher, which can lock the running slider at any time, reassured the staff greatly.
3. Energy Saving
The application of the pure servo system makes the equipment save more energy. Furthermore, the oil cooling device has been phased out entirely, which is a significant breakthrough in the hydraulic press industry.
